An Apron Fridge Magnet

I find this apron digi stamp so pretty that I thought of making a fridge magnet out of it. The image is from  The Stamping Boutique group at Paper Craft Planet for the Christmas Sweets Digi Day Challenge #1-Anything but a Card. For the design, I used a Burberry print paper and made a patch-like name on the upper front to make it more personalized. I plan to give this to my sister Barbie, who loves to cook and bake. To make the paper print out sturdy, I pasted it on an illustration board and painted PVA glue all over for a glossy finish. I then put 3 small round magnets at the back.
This is the back of the magnet:
Here is the apron together with one of my favorite fridge magnets:
I was pretty satisfied with the end result, that I made some more for me, a few of my friends and cousins to give as Christmas present. I used different prints according to the color of their kitchen or their favorite color. I love cherries so I made myself a red apron. These are what I have finished so far:
It's a simple personalized gift so I'll make a pretty box and tag to make it more special. Hope they'll like it.

A "Dude Card"

Do you find yourself so often, short of ideas for a man's card? Well I do, because I  use ribbons and flowers a lot on my card and without them, I'm lost. LOL. So I recently joined this group at Crafters Digital  Arts Center , Bonibleaux Designs Digis. BDD is dedicated exclusively to guy images and card ideas for the men in our life.  True enough, I see tons of ideas and a lot of humor too for "Dude Cards" as they call them. There is this latest challenge where a free digi image "Gordy Gordon " is provided. From the image, you have to create a card and come up with a wild and wacky sentiment to go with it. Here's the sentiment I came up with using a free digi frame from Scrapalicious Times:

Still can't do away with ribbons, girly me!

December is the season of fun, food and stress. Family reunions and friends getting together entail a host of activities like house decorations, food planning and gifts! So with this sketch I made, I wanna make sure everyone still have time to do a little stretching each day to help go about the holidays with ease. After that you can go girl and have fun!
I would surely love to see what you made of my sketches. If you do, please let me know so I'll proudly post it on my blog. Thanks!
